Brief: Spotify sought a fresh branding approach for its new training program, including a logo that aligned with the main brand, a welcome pack featuring motivational stickers for employees, and additional merchandise items.

Approach: In my design proposal, I crafted messages that linked key aspects of their training roles to legendary songs, making the experience both engaging and motivational. To bring these ideas to life, I illustrated a character inspired by the Spotify logo, visually representing each theme. These physical stickers formed the basis of the SkillUp branding, seamlessly integrating into the 2D design system and enhancing the overall training experience.
