Brief: Spotify needed a fresh branding approach for its new training program, including a logo aligned with the main brand and a welcome pack featuring stickers with encouraging messages for employees, along with other merchandise items.

Approach: In my proposal design, I developed messages that connected key aspects of their training roles with legendary songs, making the experience both engaging and motivational. To bring these messages to life, I illustrated a character inspired by the Spotify logo, visually representing each theme. These physical stickers became the foundation for the SkillUp branding, seamlessly integrating into the 2D design system and enhancing the overall training experience.
